Horses make the perfect study partners for Christians working on their relationship with Jesus Christ. Horses are simple and and are no more a respector of persons that God is. God doesn’t care who you know, how much money you have, who your family is, or how beautiful you are. Such things have no value in our relationship with Him. Horses also have no interest in such things. If the horse you’re riding is about to run off a cliff in panic the balance in your checkbook or educational credentials won’t keep you from going over the edge. This is just one of the many ways horses help us learn to be “as little children.”
